I Found Myself

 One day, I looked deep into my heart, 

And told myself, "It is time to start".

I chose to change, become the best version of myself, understand situations better and react accordingly. 

I realized a lot and entered the real world- understood how people are and how to deal with different people and situations better than my old self could have. 

My friends, family members and close ones always taught me to show confidence in my eyes, keep my chin up and to be a FEARLESS YOUNG LADY. 

The one thing that my nunnamma left behind for me along with her sweet memories is HER CONFIDENCE and COURAGE. 

I found the strength and the way myself and started becoming stronger day by day. 

So proud of myself for this transition. 

And so thankful to all those who pushed me. 

To the most part, it was my self-motivation, but your support made me come this far. 

Forever in my Heart

 Dear grandma, your hug was so kind and warm, 

A love so pure and gentle. 

Words can't describe how much I miss all your cute, childish tantrums and all the moments we had together, you left without saying goodbye. 

But in my heart, your love will grow. 

Forever, I will cherish all the moments I had with you from being a kid till the day you eternally left us. 

You did so much for me I am sorry I couldn't pay back, be the best granddaughter and do anything in return. 

But this little girl of yours will make you proud someday wherever you are, please smile for that success of mine, I am sure my heart can sense that happiness. 

The amount of pain in the heart or the number of tears we shed each day are uncountable. 

The house feels so incomplete without you, but we got to accept the fact and move on. 

The void can literally be felt.

We never realized your worth when you were with us but now, we remember every little detail and action of yours every day. 

Honestly, there's no day which went by without speaking about you. 

All of this feels like a dream to us, but you still live in our hearts and memory. 

Though you are no longer by my side, I can feel your warm embrace and presence everywhere and in every breeze. 

I hate you for leaving us all alone without uttering a word. 

Miss you infinitely soooooo much nunnamma. 

Forever and always proud to be your granddaughter. 

She has been a prominent person in my life. 

She always taught me to be strong, because she knew that one fine day I would need to accept a life without her presence, and I would need the strength to bear her loss. 

I hope you shower your blessings on all of us always and forever.

 

Priceless Things

 Money can buy you a delicious meal, 

But not a friend to hold your hand. 

It buys you a watch with diamond faces, 

But not the time for life's embraces. 

It buys new clothes and fancy shoes, 

But not the strength to never lose. 

It can't teach you the value of life, the value of human relations and humanity. 

It can't show love or care so kind and true. 

It can't give joy or help you feel the warmth that makes our hearts heal. 

Human relations are what we need, 

To grow with kindness and good deeds. 

It can't teach, no matter how much, 

What really matters is love's soft touch. 

The best of things are bought by love, not by money. 

True Wealth

It can buy expensive gifts, but not the happiness of one small action or a few kind words.

Pearls of Wisdom

When alphabets were aliens to me, 

You were there. 

When I was new to writing, 

You held my hand. 

The manners with which I speak today, they are all imbibed from you. 

You punished me when I was wrong and made me realize my mistake. 

You helped me learn from my mistakes and corrected them with all the efforts it took.

For me , every moment is Teachers Day for I admire and respect all my teachers everyday not only on this day. 

To all my teachers, parents, friends, who have taught me something in some or the other way 

All that I have to say is: 

Thank you so much for working so hard for us, showering light upon us, encouraging our dreams and goals. 

I know it’s your duty but as students, it’s our responsibility to make your day and show our immense love to you on this day and every day. 

Without you teachers , no other profession would have been formed . Teachers play a crucial role in every single profession .

As students , we test your patience a lot , thank you for bearing with all of our mischief , understanding the students point of view and being friendly always . 

I understand it takes immense hard work and background work to deliver a lecture standing for hours together , you deliver to us effortlessly . 

That’s what I admire the most , the next being your patience and determination . 

Today , it’s time for all of you to relax , sit back and enjoy , leave it all to your students . 

This is a heartfealt note from all of your students who you treat as your own . 

To all my teachers , thank you for making me who I am today and with your help , I am sure I will reach great heights . 

On a personal end , I am really fond of teaching
